Eligibility and Age Requirements
Minimum Age
Users must be 21 years of age or older to use the ci999 platform. No person under the age of 21 will be permitted to open an account or use the platform. ci999 may request a government-issued identity document at any time to verify age.
Geographic Eligibility
Users must access the platform from a region where online gaming is not legally prohibited. ci999 reserves the right to restrict or completely deny access to users from certain geographic regions. It is solely the user's responsibility to verify whether they are eligible to use gaming services under the laws of their own country or region.
Account Registration
Single Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account on the ci999 platform. Attempting to open multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be cancelled and the deposited funds may be forfeited.
Providing Accurate Information
Users must provide true, accurate and complete information at the time of registration. The following information must be correct:
- Full name — as per national identity card
- Date of birth — for age verification
- Active mobile number — for communication and transactions
- Valid email address — for important notifications
Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation.
Account Security
The user is responsible for keeping their account password and login details completely confidential. ci999 will not be held responsible if the password is shared with a third party or if unauthorized access to the account occurs. Any suspicious activity must be reported to the support team immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Policy
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the ci999 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly, though bank transfers may take some time.
Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a withdrawal request is approved, funds are generally paid out within 10 to 45 minutes. The withdrawal method must be the same method used to make the deposit. ci999 completes the withdrawal process after KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Currency and Conversion
All transactions on the ci999 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and a conversion fee may be charged. ci999 is not responsible for any losses resulting from currency exchange fluctuations.
Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳10,000 will earn an additional ৳15,000 bonus. To claim this bonus, it must be activated at the time of making the first deposit after registration.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds must meet a minimum wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) before withdrawal. For example, receiving a ৳10,000 bonus means a total of ৳150,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal. Certain games may contribute differently toward meeting the wagering requirement — see the relevant promotion details.
- Slots: generally contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement
- Live casino: may generally contribute 10%-30%
- Sports betting: separate rules apply depending on the promotion
- Bonus validity: the wagering requirement must be met within a specified time from the date of issue
VIP Cashback Program
ci999 has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Reaching a higher tier depends on the player's activity and gaming history.
Bonus Abuse
ci999 takes strict action against bonus abuse. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account cancellation:
- Claiming bonuses by opening multiple accounts
- Strategic betting to circumvent bonus wagering requirements
- Coordinating with others to abuse bonuses
- Claiming bonuses using false information
Betting Rules
General Betting Policy
All bets placed on ci999 are considered final. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. ci999 reserves the right to void any bet if an incorrect value was displayed due to a technical error.
Sports Betting
The following rules apply to sports betting:
- Odds offered in live betting are variable and updated in real time
- If an event is cancelled, the stake will be returned, but the reason for cancellation will be verified
- Official sources are used to determine results (ICC, FIFA, BPL etc.)
- ci999 reserves full discretionary authority in the case of bets related to match-fixing
Casino Games
Casino game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). All games are provided with a fairness guarantee. Live casino games are conducted in real time with real dealers and broadcast via video streaming.
Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ci999 platform and will result in permanent account cancellation:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
- Using the platform for fraud, deception or with the intent to harm others
- Betting using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
- System manipulation by accessing the same account from multiple devices or IP addresses
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
- Attempting cyber attacks, hacking, or causing system disruption
- Gaming on behalf of minors or helping them open accounts
Account suspension and closure
Reasons for account suspension
ci999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Suspicious or unusual transaction activity
- Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process
- Instructions from regulatory authorities or legal requirements
- Security concerns or suspected unauthorized access to an account
Voluntary account closure
Users may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the account will be closed after all pending withdrawals have been processed. Once the account is closed, all unused bonuses associated with that account will be considered void.
